The General Overseer of New Testament Christian Mission International has said that spiritual leaders including General Overseers are not titles with special benefits as being projected by some spiritual leaders. But workers just as every Christian with responsibility to guide others. The Cleric stated this at the start of this year's virtual Pastors and Church Workers' Leadership Conference   transmitted on the church Facebook Page.

He stated that many Church leaders such as General Superitendents and General Overseers are fond of parading themselves above other church Workers, such that they become worshipped thereby taking the place of God.
He admonished Christians to see themselves as workers in the house of God regardless of their position, reiterating that Christians can only affect lives and serve God effectively when Christ is elevated, revered and worshipped above church leaders.
He also advised church leaders and workers to first grow their relationship with God before leading others.

At the closing of today's edition of the Conference, he enjoined all church leaders and workers to not only get genuinely born again, but to also grow spiritually through the help of the Holy Spirit so that people can be effectively affected through their service to God.

The one week Conference continues tomorrow by 6p.m and all Christians are invited to the virtual program on facebook.com/ntcmint
